Great hotel. Very clean, conveniently located and great amenities. Highly recommend a stay here. Staff was great ! I will be back !

I have spent more than 700 nights in Marriott hotels over the past 3 years, traveling most often for business. Many of those nights were spent at a Springhill when Cristina managed it, and now in this Courtyard where Cristina is manager. This hotel is spot on every time, providing consistency not common in other hotels. The staff is friendly, the rooms and all other areas are clean, the pool is bright, and the landscaping is green and energizing. Everything is well maintained, and the staff's interest in the property shows. Cristina runs a sharp property, and as my home away from home, it is always a restful place to be. Cristina has many great staff members, and one of the familiar faces even from my Springhill experience with Cristina is Jeff. I have known him for three years now, and he never disappoints. Ciara, at the front desk greets me every morning with her friendly smile as I head out, Caden often checks me in on Sundays when I arrive, and Kelvin in the bistro is quick and polite! Everyone is always exceptional. I can't say enough positive things about Cristina and her staff, and the impact they have on the property. Thank you all for making my travels feel a little more like home!

Carpets and furniture were dirty and not up to Marriott need a cleaning.

Amazing staff, Jeff was great. Everyone has been really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, and views are nice. Hotel itself is quiet, and centrally located.

The stay at Courtyard Lake Mary was great as usual. I have stayed here plenty of times and it has always been perfect. On my most recent visit, Jeff and Christine went out their way to make sure everything was going smooth.

Convenient

Dead cockroach on the desk in the room. But if there is one - there were probably more. Too tired to care - we were only in the room to shower and sleep.
