Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Mary North

The staff were all very friendly. We were just surprised to see that the pool was not clean, carpet was not clean with lots of staining, the shower wasn’t very clean, gross things left behind from previous guests and overall rundown looking in many areas of the room. We called for extra towels and pillows for the pull out couch and we had to go pick them up instead of them being delivered to our room. There was also guests smoking pot out by the pool! I travel a lot and was just surprised at the lack of cleanliness and staff. For the price of the room, I wasn’t expecting the best but I certainly was expecting cleanliness!

Caden, the front desk clerk, was incredibly gracious, as were the staff at the café—both provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. We had reserved a king suite with a pull-out couch intended to sleep two, but the pull-out was more like an extended twin. The couch was visibly dirty, and when we opened it, the mattress was lumpy and the frame couldn’t support any weight. We ended up folding it back in and covering it with sheets because we didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on it. The carpet had a musty odor, and we didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. I reported the issues to Caden, who kindly offered to move us to another room. However, the second room was just as subpar. I would not recommend a stay here, unless there was a remodel project.

This property was very neat and it was across the street from the grocery store. Staff were kind and helpful.

Everything was clèan nice only dislike was pillows too soft and lumpy but not a big deal.

This place stands out to me because it's a small hotel with basic amenities staffed by people who make you feel like you're at a resort. Christina, the manager, is so friendly and passionate about the hotel and upcoming improvements. The front desk and bistro staff are warm and welcoming. Patrick in particular is a super star who will make you laugh! Aside from the people the room was clean, the pillows were fantastic!, and everything was taken care of before I could think to ask. Also, it's quiet. If you're planning on spending the day at the parks, this is a perfect retreat from the chaos! I will be back, thank you!

The property was ok but the room was terrible dirty and definitely needs repairs the bathroom was horrible for a mariott brand hotel it was horrendous for the money The TV didn't work for the entire stay and the staff didn't do anything at all to accommodate the guest

No working tv and desk staff did not inform me upon check in...no tv entire stay!!
