Reception staff not particularly welcoming or friendly. Wouldn’t accept JP Morgan Visa card - and they should tell you how much they are taking as a deposit etc

"The extreme opposite feeling between the hotel and the parking makes my response ordinary."

The experience was wonderful! I met an actor in a local play and spoke for a time. An unexpected treat!

The communications about parking was the worst ever. Grades would have been higher if it wasn’t for the manner the parking situation was not offered - felt a bit of deception.
