Vacancy

The 1 thousand ants the were consuming a kernel of popcorn left over from the last guess. Also using the bathroom with NO Toilet Paper or tissue. No one at front desk to help. Phones in room non- operational.

Looking for a refund. We did not end up staying. The whole door jamb fell apart when we tried to open the door. The place is practically falling apart!!

Not very clean and also found in the bathroom when I turned on the lights in the morning small cockroaches running behind the toilet. Not very impressed with the hotel.

"Cockroaches and No Refund. "

We checked in at 4pm, and by 8pm after we had showered and ate dinner, we noticed the bathroom had cockroaches. We showed the manager after we packed our belongings. We were not offered an alternative room either. We had to leave and find a hotel 50+ minutes outside of Traverse City just to have a place to sleep that night. Manager assured a refund after we contact who we booked through (Hotels.com) and now we’re being refused a refund from Quality Inn.

Courteous staff

Did not feel comfortable with people sitting in their vehicles outside of our room. Also could hear steps up above and people talking. Thin walls.
