Three Rooms

The host was very responsible and gave us a complete introduction when we checked-in. I left some items and he immediately contacted me and I was able to retrieve it easily.

Because it is very centrally located, we can hear the traffic. It is not a deficiency of the facility, rather, the nature of the hustle and bustle of a metropolitan area.

Federico was a very kind host and the room was incredibly comfortable, clean and was enormous. Thanks so much Federico for a great stay.

This is the best experience I had in a hotel in Europe! I travel a lot, and I have also been to many cities in Italy, but I have never had such an experience. The host, an amazing person, helped me with everything, showed me places that exist in the city for recreation, explained everything to me patiently, was attentive to all my needs. The hotel itself is equipped with everything you need, everything is modern, the dishes in the kitchen, the place is sterile, clean, everything is new. The hotel contains three rooms which gives a lot of privacy and is a 15 minute walk from the city. The hotel has a central bathroom and a central kitchen. The host is very kind and takes care of everything. Strongly recommends!

For me it was a little bit problem that the shower is not in the room but thats a small problem

Super cozy and well-equipped apartment and friendly host! He took so much time to show me everything. Free parking spots are right on the street.

The property was extremely clean and very well cared for. it was close enough to walk to all the sites. Francesco was very helpful and shared essential bus and boat information with me. the bed was so comfortable. all in all, I had a great stay!
