Everything was fantastic. It was so clean and was very spacious

The location was very clean and neat. Placed on the ground floor, very close to the city center. I genuinely recommend it if you are looking for a place to crush for a couple or, maybe, more nights in Messina

Federico accommodated me for a second night at the property and everything was very smooth. Once again, highly recommend!

Federico is an excellent host who took the time to explain everything about the b&b and also catered to my special requests. The room is very spacious, the bed is comfy, and AC works very well. The kitchen has juice, cereals, and water. The location is a long walk from the train and port stations but this is fine as you are very close to the bus stop to take you to both or into town and also the coach stop for Catania airport. All in all, a great stay, grazie Federico!

The owner is so helpful

The beds are so small. The bathroom is shared. The location is far away from centre. The money you paid and the service you get is not nice.

Host was amazing - helpful and friendly. Location is great. Room is very spacious. Kitchen well stocked and was good to have coffee and cold water. Price is good.

Portable air conditioner is not quite up to the task of cooling the room enough. Pillows and bed were a bit uncomfortable.

For one night's stay, it was fine. I didn't realize the there was a shared bathroom, I guess I missed that bit. But it was fine and it was cheap, so we made it work.

the towels were paper thin. no private bathroom.

I had a nice stay at Three Rooms in Messina. The check-in was easy and communications with the host were fast and well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, so all was very good and can be recommended.
