"We didnt feel safe. Homeless people outside the building."

The location was good. The room was clean.

Difficult checking in. Run down neighborhood with graffiti everywhere. The room is up on the 11th floor and it almost seems like a hostile. Nobody there to greet us when we checked in. Room was warm.

"Incredible value and central location."

We enjoyed the soundproof rooms we were able to sleep with no disturbances, the views of the marina and aquarium were top notch, and the location was perfect as there were many restataurants in close proximity. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it exceeded our expectations.

Some of the surrounding areas didn't seem very safe for tourists, fortunately we did not have a bad experience but as long as you research which streets to stay on and avoid at certain hours you should be fine.
