ottima posizione, di fronte all'acquario e attaccato al centro storico, abbiamo raggiunto a piedi le principali attrazioni. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, le camere e gli spazi comuni sono confortevoli. c'è un'ottima vista sul porto.

"The property right in old part of Genoa easy to walk around, very interesting area, would stay again"

The property was in an excellent location and good for two people. We had to delay our stay by two days as I had a fall in Florence. The property could not help with any refund, discount or moving the days. That aside we travelled to Genoa we were asked what time we would arrive go straight up to floor 11 to pay tax. That was Ok no staff around, sent a message they did not reply until next morning. Think service could be better.

The shower floor had been recently refurbished and it was extremely slippery as it did not have non skid on the floor.

Ottima la posizione per visitare l'acquario e il porto antico. Bellissima vista dall'appartamento. Camera molto pulita

Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti posso dire che il phon in dotazione si surriscaldava molto facilmente (e si spegneva), quindi si riuscivano ad asciugare solo i capelli molto molto corti. Inoltre il letto del divano letto cigolava e non era comodissimo. Ma per un breve soggiorno va benissimo. Per chi volesse mangiare in appartamento secondo me l'unico tavolino risulta assolutamente inadeguato per 4 persone.
