Hotel Indigo Boston Garden by IHG

Location is great, valet service was excellent. Food at the restaurant onsite was good—we had drinks, dinner, and breakfast separately and all three experiences were positive. We stayed in a queen suite, the room was clean and pleasant. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The guest in the room next to ours was a snoring all night and it carried into our room. Other than that the hotel was pretty quiet for the location. As indicated in the listing, one of the elevators was down for repairs but we had no long waits other than during checkout when we opted to take the stairs down Price was comparable to other hotels in the area

We just stayed one night but the customer service was exceptional. Our host Edison went above and beyond and made our stay even better. He always had a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. He felt like a friend when we left. We will definitely be back

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed Edison displayed the utmost professionalism and courtesy. His knowledge of the city of Boston is unparalleled. And his commitment to customer service was incredible. As Mainers coming down for the Celtics game he made us feel extremely welcome. Top notch experience. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay steps away from TD Garden. Good Restaurant inside. Staff very helpful,Room clean clean and lots of hot water.

The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating! We’ve been twice and it’s been an amazing experience both times. The rooms have been clean and comfortable, my husband and kids enjoyed working out in the work out room and the valet parking is so convenient. The location of the hotel is also a plus, 13 min walk to Quincy Market and many other things and its directly across from the TD Garden and North Station. Didn’t mention the amazing staff? 10/10 100% recommend!

We were there for a Celtics game invited by one of the companies I work for. My husband and I went to the event had an amazing time mostly because the Indigo Hotel was literally across the street from the TD garden which turned a very long day into a great overnight. Not to mention Hub Hall is right next to the garden with an array of fantastic food choices including Mike’s pastries (anyone who knows the North End knows Mike’s pastry and they put another location in hub hall) Have to saw everything from start to finish with the Indigo Hotel was fabulous. Starting with the valet out front because anyone who knows Boston knows there is no where good to park (honestly, the Valet Service ended up to be cheaper than it would’ve been if we found parking ourselves up the street in another lot.) The in the hotel, we had Sean greet us and check us in, which was a seamless process super fast & efficient and the hotel gives off just a great Boston vibe. Our room a king suite which gives a living room Kitchenette area separate from the bedroom, was fantastic. We ended up having drinks in the bar before we went to the game. Then wrapped up the next morning to have a great breakfast in their restaurant /bar!! The staff was super, everything was seamless, the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating (I truly enjoyed the communication from the hotel from the minute you check in. Receiving text messages making sure you’re comfortable and letting you know if there’s anything you need they’re right there .) Definitely a great experience. I would advise anybody to check it out, you will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo Boston Garden. The booking experience was easy, everything from room service to maintenance was professional and courteous. There was a lively bar in the lobby that is teeming with fans on any game night. I enjoyed the overall proximity to the TD Garden and other restaurants and stores, they were all in walking distance. The staff there went above and beyond as we had a special engagement to celebrate. Mr. Sean M and Kay T helped curate the experience which was nothing short of invaluable. I would 100% recommend staying at Hotel Indigo!
