Hotel Indigo Boston Garden by IHG

First time visiting Boston and would definitely stay at Hotel Indigo when I return, staff are amazing. On arrival there appears to be an issue with the third party booking, Kay on reception deal with it in a professional and courteous manner, next day third party were trying to charge me again for the stay spoke to Edison on reception who took the details and told me to leave it with him, two days later the monies had disappeared from my account, on departure I noticed that a glove had fallen behind the drawer spoke to Sara at reception who arranged for the handyman to help within 10 minutes the issue was resolved. Staff are definitely an asset to the hotel.

Great hotel well located for TD Gardens and getting into Boston centre. Very friendly staff. Good bar and kitchen open until 1am. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short break. Sara E in reception is a very friendly staff member , welcoming and knowledgeable.

Music a little too loud in the restaurant one evening when we went to have a drink and something to eat

Great location across from North Station and TD Garden. The bar and restaurant was very convenient for a late night drink and meal

We picked this hotel because of the location. It is directly across the street from TD Garden. They charge premium prices for the room; our experience was less than premium. Let's start with an old, slow elevator because they are repairing the main one. Now let's go into the fact that it was impossible to shower because the water was tepid at best. After coming from a concert and sweating, one would like to shower, but could not do that. Cold water was off, hot was up all the way. The walls are so thin, you could literally hear everyone's conversations in nearby rooms. It wasn't a muffled conversation; it was clear. The view was a little too desired as it was a brick wall. The staff were friendly and had a cute kitchenette area. Also, the price for a salad was 3$ more than listed on the menu.
