Personal muy amable y atento. Hotel ubicado en buen lugar estrategico accesible a todo. El cuarto me encanto porque tenía un vidrio grande y podía apreciar la vista. Desayuno muy sabroso. Me encanto que tienen servicio de lavandería.

The area was i would say ok, bc it was in el poblado, every night there were people screaming, laughing, being very loud until 4@m, facilities are in need of updates, no phone in the room, tv was not working, we ask to have it checked, nobody came, matress were hard as rock, no closet, etc…

Excellent property with everything you need to enjoy Medellin and its surroundings. Excellent location close to everything, very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean and equipped with basic necessities, the only thing missing was more furniture to organize clothes and luggage.
