This hotel stole our money! We arrived and paid for 3 nights (what a shame). We arrive and there was not hot water (it was freezing cold) and the party here is heavy( finishes around 2-3am)We told the receptionist about the hot water issue, and she said the heater was off and would turn it on. We waited and waited and there was no hot water. She then said she had to call maintenance because she didn’t know why the hot water wasn’t working (she lied. It was 8pm nobody from maintenance was going to come. I told the receptionist that I wanted a discount for the fact I didn’t have hot water. I paid and expected to have all the amenities I paid for. She said they couldn’t do it. I said why? And she said the hotel doesn’t give discounts or refunds. I asked to speak to a manager, they said it was not possible. No manager was on site (how is that possible!!!) these people do not know how to manage a complaint and are not trained to attend emergencies. I called booking.com explained the incident. Booking requested the hotel to make the refund and to allow us leave( we wanted to leave) The hotel said it wasn’t possible without the managers approval … having said that there is no manager on site …they didn’t even want to call them! Booking.com cannot contact these people as they claim to not have managers after 5pm. Please note that if you experience an issue this people won’t help you and you will loose your money. We preferred to leave and get our peace and commodity back. It was just terrible here at this hotel. I am still waiting for an apology from these people. The jacuzzi is not working while is rains (don’t understand why) The hotel is outdated and needs renovation. Poor customer service No hot water (for more than 12 hours and we are still waiting for it) Receptions don’t know how to handle incidentes nor are capable of handling an emergency. No management Rip off, they will take your money but won’t provide to you the amenities being paid for. They don’t speak English. Just don’t come!
