"They will steal from you"

They stole our money in this hotel, listen to the other reviews. I had asked the people not to come in to clean. Not only did they come in to clean. They stole money from us, now we are suing them but they know it’s difficult for us to sue if we’re foreigners. Do NOT stay here

The hotel and the service are excellent, the only bad thing is that there are bars around and you can hear the music very loud all night.

Jhoana, Jessica, and Lina were absolutely amazing. Wonderful humans that show genuine care and empathy. Hotel is very well situated but the staff are the absolute best

🔸GREAT value right next to everything that is restaurants, nightlife, bars, supermarket, pharmacies, etc Check-In was painful slow and no AC in lobby so it was hot... we left the bags and went to eat... things seemed to be starting out wrong After that everything else was great. 🔸Rooms are small but nice, very clean and good AC 🔸Bed was very comfortable 🔸Bathroom has great big toilet, everything clean, nice shower, hot water. 🔸 Included Breakfast is good 👍 🔸 Jacuzzi and Turkish bath at the rooftop If noise is an issue for you then look elsewhere, for us, no problem and we were here during feria de las flores which is party party party.
