Staff friendly, property horrible.

Place was pretty low end. And, there are close by parties till 5 am everyday.

If you want to experience power outage and flooded rooms stay here. It’s amazing at checkin they have you sign a waiver for any damages to the room yet when rain falls the room floods and the power goes out. I booked a room for 2 people yet when the 2 person arrived I was told I had to pay 50000 pesos, really? Then the power was out an I was unable to check my guest in. What an embarrassment. It’s a shame orbitz have these properties on their site. The only highlight was breakfast staff, they go all out to make your stay welcome. Even thought there was no power for 7 hours no compensation or anything was told or given.
