Location and the team/staff

Noise, we stayed in the Thames room, room above us was so noisy with banging and crashing stuff about (from 6am)… Unable to open the window fully because of the scaffolding (warm weekend) Bed mattress was very thin for the bed frame

Allowed bag drop off in morning and issued keys as we were not returning until very late. (IoW festival).

The shower head whilst working and with great temperature was split, resulting in spray going in all directions.

"Nice place"

Clean, spacious, great location. Free bottled water.

Very cheap, harsh toilet paper. Socket for using hairdryer too far away from the mirror. Better mirror placement would help this issue.
