Finca Hotel la Manuela

Spacious room with balcony and hammock and cleaning and restaurant staff were friendly!

Timings for facilities like jacuzzi and steam room was only open for 2 hours in the evening so couldn’t really enjoy those services, reception wasn’t 24th hours no one was there when we were checking out early had to search for staff, reception staff could be friendlier/ more professional

this finca is lovely, food was good but limited menu.

The disorganization and costumer services of the ladies in charge in the morning and at the time of check-out had a very bad attitude. We arrived at the hotel late at night and the persona in charge did not have or reservation. the hotel manager forgot to inform the hotel staff and add our name, room are not ready, the internet was down and had to wait hours to the general manager to resolve this issue and give us access.

The staff was so lovely and the place is charming and very clean. Definitely recommend
