En general muy buen servicio e instalaciones muy comodas, limpio y agradable. Lo unico que veo que falto en mi habitación "#10" es que el aire acondicionado no llegaba a toda la habitacion (era estatico no giraba), por ende el calor a veces es canson. De resto todo muy bien.

"Adecuado para el plan turístico "

El hotel es adecuado para los planes del eje cafetero que no implican quedarse todo el día en sus instalaciones. La comida es deliciosa solo recomendaríamos que ofrezca platos típicos de la región. La habitación no era la más cómoda pero tampoco estuvo mal. Por mejorar la limpieza del jacuzzi y la piscina

Buen servicio, la recepcionista un poco antipática, no se si fue por las hormonas descontroladas por su estado de embarazo..... algunos servicios externos al hotel que se ofrecen deben ser pagados en efectivo y toca desplazarse al pueblo mas cercano para retirar del cajero, no daban la opción del cargo al hotel habiendo sido pagados por ellos previamente en efectivo. El personal de limpieza y del restaurante fueron muy atentos y ofrecían soluciones. Excelente servicio de lavandería
