The pictures are old. The place is rundown. Druggies swarming around the place. The room smelled. The a/c unit was in shambles and did not work. The pool was drained and surrounded by overgrown plants.
the staff was courteous, more than that very kind indeed/
It was a little intimidating pulling in to check in exactly during the same time as a bunch of police activity. But the front staff was very kind, even though they were clearly having a rough day. But I’ll admit to being nervous staying there after that. Room was clean. Bathtub was a long one, which was a bonus for me! The cable did not work, so no tv.

The Inn will place a $50 charge on your card for incidentals. Like any hotel you would expect to get this back if you leave the room in the same shape. This place does not return it all. They charge you $1.50 a day rental fee for a safe in the room.
Door in room did not lock and could be opened from outside simply by pushing on door even if locked, Not sucg a good part of town a lot of homeless people

Truly enjoyed my stay with y’all! The staff was super friendly and helpful, The room best and orderly and the location was beat the highway. I do a lot of budget traveling and have stayed in some really sketchy locations, this was not one of them. If I find myself in Colorado Springs again, this is where I will be staying.
Well you could tell the last guest had a cat. they need to remove the carpet. or really clean it after a cat stayed there. after some disinfecting the room was ok. Nothing for breakfast. The water pressure was knda weak.
