Scary area. Saw a drug deal go down. Permanent residents bbqing loud and obnoxiously. Looked and felt more like a apartment low income complex than a motel. Side note, the front desk lady had her whole family in the pool like it was their personal pool.

First let me say that the staff were kind and helpful. Most important the room was unclean the bathroom rusted and chipping, bed sheets had musty smell the bed skirts were hiding filth dead bugs old used paper,pills,q-tips ect. Sheets were stained mattresses like boards, pillows falling apart light bulbs burnt out, electrical outlet not working coffee machine broken and bathroom door frame plate loose and I cut my arm on it.also the door wouldn't close properly. The carpet was stained and ripped steps into room had screws sticking out. Gate broken, breezeway in front of room filthy. No place to put luggage ( no rack) no hair dryer.

Probably the worst motel experience I've ever had. First of all its in a super sketchy part of Colorado Springs, which I had no idea when booking. If you wanna buy some crack, then I’m sure you can just ask someone hanging around the area of the motel and you’d find some. Immediately when I walked in the smell of the room hit me so hard I almost gagged. The window screen looked like someone had tried to rip it off, there was actual BLOOD on the walls. I immediately booked a different place because there was no way I felt safe sleeping there.

Aside from being fairly clean and having generally helpful staff, this was one of the worst hotel stays in my life. I didn’t sleep at all because the building seemed to be an amphitheater for noise and vibration - so when someone in a different room got up at 3am, I was then up too. The outlet for the TV didn’t work, so I had no TV. No fridge or microwave either. The key card access thing on the door was so sensitive that I had to slide it absolutely perfectly just to unlock the door; and I had to try many times with the help of staff before I could figure it out. The parking lot is also quite inconvenient to get in and out of for drivers. Also no fault of this business, but the location is not great - mostly referring to street traffic and the hassle of simply getting in and out.

Only stay at this hotel if your looking for a quick hook up for heroin or meth .not the hotel in the picture you show up and its a drug dealers paradise. Showed up with my daughter and left after 10 minutes

The free internet was spotty at best, if going on business I'd reconsider. If comfort or neck pain is an issue, bring your own pillow; the tiny deflateable squares they provide offer no support at all. If you want coffee, towels and a clean room you better ask for it; we stayed 5 nights and got maid service 1 time. Not located in the best area of town either.

The aircon was like a machine gun using a hairdryer caused the power to trip no breakfast was available hotel needs completely knocking drown and rebuilding .

Very run down place. Barebones room. Hasn't been updated since it was built. The gizmo that connects the TV with the internet/cable provider was pulled out from the wall, there were no instructions for how to make the TV work. actually. Would not stay there again.

Be aware that breakfast is absolutely NOT offered for 9/12 of the year (only during high season that begins after Memorial weekend); they are misrepresenting this location. This location is fairly walkable, but most of the nearby restaurants and stores are on the other side of a very congested four-lane road. Definitely be aware of your surroundings if you venture out after dark; we encountered some very questionable personalities. The motel has definitely seen better days with stains on the walls, cracked floor tile, holes in doors, holes in the bedding and Foul-smelling water. The microwave was badly stained and missing parts. The pool was either nonfunctional or simply hadn't been filled yet despite it being the latter part of May. That being said, the beds are adequate and the staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping replaced towels and made the beds daily which was more than we were expecting after finding underclothes from the previous occupants in the middle of the floor when we first arrived.
