The lady at the front desk was nice and polite.
It was so noisy all night long. Bad illegally drug problems, I got no sleep all night and when I told management nothing was done. Worst hotel I ever stayed at

Carpet was extremly, room smelt terrible, the was no breakfast. On the good side the bathroom was relatively clean and AC was working well.
Terrible.!! Door was lock when I was trying to check in.no note of whatsoever.check in clerk was not so friendly. Tub was clog while we shower. Then the light in the vanity comes ang go. Ist bed bed sheet full of hair.good thing we brought a spare sheet. It says no smoking and no pets.people check in next to us seems they live there with pets and was loud and smoking. This place seems people are permanently staying there.!!. Thank God we were safe. Never again.No breakfast which is not a big deal but it says on the reservation free breakfast ??? The only nice working clerk there was the guy on duty 9/19/22.the rest they should not be working there unless they owed the place.
Lots of homeless people in the area. Would not stay in this area again. Hotel had a couple of issues when entering. Air conditioning, TV, But service people fixed quickly. Did not eat their free breakfasts Quiet room no issues
We didn’t stay. False advertisement, total ghetto with homeless and prostitution. Homeless had a trash fire out front. The building was falling apart and very sketchy. I want a refund .
Rooms were old and smelling badly. Not worth of staying.
