"Unresolved problem"

While this is a lovely place with beautiful decor in a good-sized room with a cool sofa, we were quite disappointed that we had no hot water for the duration of our stay. We were told upon check-in that the problem existed and that they were working on it, but it was never resolved. I asked at check-out if there was to be any compensation for the inconvenience, and I was told a manager would call me. It's been 10 days, and I have heard nothing.

Staff was very friendly. Room clean and spacious! Room was on the second floor and we enjoyed the balcony. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The breakfast options were delicious!

Location was perfect, setting was lovely, room was clean and comfortable, manager was nice, food was good. Very happy with our stay and will return again!
