The Trans Resort Bali

Everything about my stay at The Trans Resort was absolutely amazing. The staff are so engaging and welcoming and clearly love working there. The generosity in general, but more specifically, the daily bottled water, abundance of towels, bathroom amenities, pool towels and unlimited smiles. I forgot to mention the spectacular cocktails on the rooftop bar.

Loved the property! Beautiful resort, so family friendly, was clean and of course friendly and helpful staff. Room service twice a day, was a lovely luxury. Buffet breakfast and restaurant was great food also.

The pool needs a refurbishment. Wasn’t terrible but the tiling for the deeper end does need some work.

Great pool area particularly for small kids with a shallow sand pool, plenty of sunbeds. The bedroom was a good size and bed was extremely comfortable - they also had a pillow menu should it be required. Rooms were super quiet which surprised me as the hotel is along a busy road, but it sits back a little. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Cleanliness, service and hospitality was second to none. Always greeted with a smile and no request was ignored or delayed. Thank you to all the staff at the Trans Resort and a special thank you to Dana.

The Breakfast was a little overwhelming with the eggs everywhere and on too many items. The smell was through the buffet. A few more fans or Ac in the eating area would also assist with the heat to eat in comfort. The gym also needs improvement.

The resort very good, clean, well serviced, friendly staff.

Location was bit out of seminyak square but hotel had shuttle thrice a day so was helpful. Also limited vegetarian options in buffet breakfast.

Love the location, plantation all around villas and walking areas, pools, food, kids zone, and best of all the staff. Love it.
