The Trans Resort Bali

The location was quite good to the main streets for shopping / the rooftop bar staff were excellent as were the concierge and room staff.

The hotel is a little outdated now and not so modern. The main road is very difficult to cross with all the traffic . Although the security staff go out of their way to help you cross . This is very orient to families.

Perfect for families with young kids. Great location and very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was great. Room was amazing with indoor bath and outdoor spa bath! Pool was really good. Service was great and the guys out the front to help us cross the road was fantastic

A truly unforgettable experience. Big resorts are not usually our favourite places, but the Trans Resort completely surprised us. Despite having capacity for lots of guests, it never felt too busy or like a mass-market establishment. There was a beautiful calm energy and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They treated my kids as little royalty and spent a lot of time playing with my 1-year old all over the resort. The layout is rather unique with the restaurant being completely open to the pool. This means that parents with young kids can still linger over breakfast while the children already go crazy in the pool. Plus there is a beautiful huge kids pool adjacent to the big pool, a proper water slide and tons of water toys available. It was by far my kids’ favourite hotel throughout our month travelling all around Indonesia.

We only had one little issue but it was dealt with with great care by the manager and we were generously compensated for the inconvenience. Hallmarks of a great hotel and professional management!
