Beautiful location, amazing service, friendly personnel, peacefull location in between Kuta and Tanjung Aan. We would defenitely stay here again.

Villa au design charmant. Le personnel est très avenant et fait de son mieux pour satisfaire les demandes. Possibilité de commander les repas avec le personnel et livrés a la villa

L environnement n est pas attractif et ne fait pas rêver La route d accès est étroite et peu de place pour se garer. Pas de commerce accessible à pied

Noite calma ( ideal para quem passa o dia fora e só quer dormir bem) , quarto bonito . Flexibilidade nos serviços .

Mau cheiro no quarto. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, chão do quarto, copos de vidro, o espaço da piscina ( espreguiçadeiras sujas , ninguém limpa diariamente ) . Pequeno almoço básico. Aluguei 2 dias mota, não têm capacetes limpos nem funcionais.

Le personnel est très sympathique. Le bungalow est magnifique. La villa également. Ils proposent la location de scooter à prix compétitif, un service de nettoyage de vêtements, il y a également un restaurant. Je recommande fortement.

Pas grand chose à dire

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen. Vriendelijk personeel. We hebben een gratis upgrade gekregen naar een villa met zwembad, wat erg fijn was! Locatie is goed, dichtbij winkels, beachclubs en moskeeën. Het is dichtbij de airport, dus dat is top.

We hadden last gehad van de zwerfhonden die zowel rond het hotel als binnen kwamen. Ook hebben we kakkerlakken gezien buiten en binnen wat we erg vies vonden.

The room was very spacious and the pool area was great. The staff were friendly, and the location just outside busy Kuta made it easy to relax while still being close to surfing beaches. Scooters were available for hire, and the room service was excellent.

Location was great as it’s a short drive away from the centre and they provide a free shuttle. Room was a good size and very clean. We had the villa and it was great to relax in the private pool to keep cool.

When we got there, I parked directly outside the hotel in front of the reception. The staff can clearly see us unload our luggage from the car but they did not come over to help. We can only order coffee to our room during certain hours which we found very strange. There are so many light switches, it took us a while to figure out. Overall, the hospitality could be better.
