Our stay at Batatu Resort was incredibly relaxing—honestly, very relaxing. Here are some of the highlights for me: 1. Hassle-free billing Everything is charged to your room, so you can just settle the full amount at checkout in one go. You can also request a bill update anytime to make sure everything is accurate, which we really appreciated. 2. Well-organised activities We didn’t have to worry about planning anything. The resort offers a variety of tours—beach, snorkelling, waterfall. Transportation and entrance tickets included, except meals. A special shoutout to Ridho, who was friendly, kind, and incredibly patient. Thank you for guiding us and waiting for us throughout the tours! 3. Amazing food The meals at Batatu Resort were excellent. My personal favourite was the fried chicken lalapan with rice—I ended up ordering it every day 😅 (with extra sambal and tempeh, of course). Also, the meals can be sent to the room! Big thanks to Egi and Hardi for always accommodating our requests. 4. Convenient laundry service You can even have your laundry done and ironed here. The team will pick everything up from your room and return it to you, which made our stay so much easier. Overall, Batatu Resort really takes care of everything so you can fully relax and enjoy your time. Thank you Batatu Team, we miss you very very much. A lot of love from Hani and Iman from Malaysia 🇲🇾💙

J’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans une villa. Un havre de paix au calme, à seulement 5 minutes en scooter du centre de Kuta. La villa est très bien équipée, on s’y sent comme chez sois et le service excellent.
