Hoi An Blue Seaside Homestay

We came from the 5 star Marriot down to Hoi An Blu and knew we were dropping a few stars but it was excellent. Very friendly staff, lead by Tuyet (Snow). Most helpful & easy going. We had a large group of friends so had the whole place as part of a big birthday celebrations. Great way to get closer to the real life feel of the town which you don't get with the high end resorts. We had a blast, even in the 35C 100% humidity. Cats & dogs cruising about (friendly too) Not for the precious or princesses. Grab into Hoi An old town (brilliant & great shopping - tailors, leather goods etc) cost about $8 AUD in about 10 minutes. Rooms had air-con & fridge. Great experience. Moped rental about $10AUD/day from Snow. Snow also has her spa on the property so you can get massages (from around $20AUD) and all manner of beauty therapies. We all did and it was super! I liked it just the way it was. Some of the area nearby is a bit rough, but that's how it rolls here. All part of the vibe. The property itself was great. Very laid back and tropical feel.

All the food we had was deilicious and made there and then. We also enjoyed a fantastic supper cooked by Ha just for the two of us. We rented a scooter with them and got a lot of good and valuable advice.

I liked the welcoming of the family, the location next to the beautiful and quiet beach of Ha My, the perfect service, the kindness of our hostess Snow, the clean and very nice bungalows, the garden, the restaurant. The spa next to the homestay is perfect ! I liked the proximity of Hoi An and Danang, very easy to reach.

The Homestay is very beautiful and located a little bit outside. It is a quiet place, perfect to relax and refresh. The Host Snow is lovely and support for everything. You will take approx 10 min by cat (Grab) to Hoi An Old Quarter.

In an idillic setting hidden away from the busy Hoi An. Perfect beach, the food was the best I have had in Vietnam. It really is the getaway place for Hoi An beach.

Amazing hosts, super kind and always attentive. Usage of bicycles for free, scooter for cheap and an amazing beach right in front of the door almost all for ourselves. Also the beds were amazing, I think I had the best sleep in years 🥹🙏🏻 10/10, would recommend this to family and friends.

Ideal situation , almost on beach. Good breakfast. Well tended gardens and pleasant seating areas. Lovely family.

Only 1 bath towel each. No hand towels.

this is a beautiful accommodation. Wonderful location right by the sea. Direct access to the sea. Very personal and friendly service. Breakfast and all other meal requests during the day are prepared individually. In our opinion, Blue Seaside is one of the most friendly and recommendable home stays in Vietnam. We had wonderful days.

We stayed as a family for 4 nights. The settings and atmosphere are ideal for young children. The owners really take great care of you and make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is a garden to play and the (empty) beach is 50 meters away! We had a really nice time with a beautiful beach all to ourselves.
