Hoi An Blue Seaside Homestay

Great location, right on serene part of beach. Very kind and helpful owners, generous breakfasts and lovely homestay area. ☺️

Excellent small homestay about 2 minute walk (through the dunes) to the beach. Rooms were very comfortable (we stay in rooms facing the sea (you could hear the waves but you can't see the beach because of the dunes). We were there in low season so everything was very quiet. When the weather is better there is more activity on the beach with pop up bars and restaurants. Excellent food too.

There is a big crater in the dunes where the homestay and others dump their rubbish and periodically burn it. Otherwise a fair bit of scrap around from the closed beach bars.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Relaxing rural vibe of the Homestay. Cleanlinness and coziness of the room. The sea is close so you can constantly hear the surf.

The place is in the middle of nowhere. No bars, no restaurants, no shops, no anything in the vicinity. The beach was one of the worst beaches we had ever been to. heaps of driftwood and other rubbish. The beach seemed not to have been ever cared for. Though, the locals said those were the consequences of the storms.

Close to the beach, very good breakfast, cute dogs 😊

A bit dirty, messy facilities, not easy communication

Ha was a fabulous host, great cook and very attentive and communicated well. She made our stay very enjoyable

Lovely homestay with an extremely friendly family. Large clean rooms. Great food cooked to order. Located right on a quiet beach.

Great location, great hospitality.

Water pressure for the toilet was not good.

The family is super friendly and the location is great, right next to the beach. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. The breakfast is very good with a wide range of choice.

The way to the beach could be cleaner, there is a lot of rubbish. This is ... unfortunately ... a common problem. The dinner at the homestay is a bit overprized for what you get. But it is good. So if you do not like to walk somewhere it is an option. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Hospitality and laid back atmosphere. Mrs Ha and her husband are very friendly, accommodating, and hard working hosts. Beach was clean with clear water and fantastic weather during our stay.

The restaurant near the beach has barking dogs and had my little one scared the first evening. They're annoying but not aggressive. Dirt road off the main road to get to the resort is not easy to find, and not lit at night.
