The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean. The hotel was in a good location.

We had a connecting door with the room next door and the soundproofing was poor. However if I could hear them talk, they could hear my husband snore!!

"Fabulous hotel"

Lovely city centre hotel that is close to the action. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the nearby streets. Some do get busy over the weekend but you cannot hear anything through the glazing. Buffet breakfast was good enough to start the day and was all freshly made. Staff were friendly. Some nice touches such as a welcome drink, Easter card and mini chocolate eggs and a bag of cookies for departure. A special mention for staff member, Leo. He is a great ambassador for the company and was a fantastic host making us feel very welcome.
