La colazione era buona, anche se avrei desiderato dei croissant freschi e non confezionati. La camera era molto bella, pulita e soprattutto silenziosa.

Il bagno era molto carino, ma non mi è piaciuto doverlo condividere con altre persone.

Really lovely staff , great location, great breakfast, it's about a 30 mins walk into the center, with interesting shops , cafes and restaurants on route, however if you don't want the walk , lots of bus routes with the stop opposite.

Room was quite dated ( although very clean ) . No iron in room ( again I'm sure had I asked if have got one but was very late when I realized,) tiny bathroom

Check in was easy, we were able to retrieve our key without issue. The building is stunning and spotlessly clean! Our room was also clean and we had all the facilities we could possibly want and need including an extra blanket, pillow, tea, coffee, etc. The building was nice and toasty too, perfect for the chilly nights we've been having recently! Breakfast was also spot on with a choice of some cooked items, yoghurt, fruit, and cereals. Best part about the place is that it was also very quiet! Can't fault this place!

Didn’t like not having a private loo also the power points were to close to the floor so you couldn’t plug phone chargers in!

It was a nice room in a beautiful home with a large delicious breakfast. It was conveniently located for our event at Summerhall and the bus stop right across the street.
