Staff, hospitality and good breakfast. We had a great room basement level with Street front entry.

Limited car parking but all guest made it work.

Very good breakfast. Staff were very polite and helpful including assistance with getting luggage upstairs.

Bathroom was a little cramped.

Breakfast was very poor for the amount being charged for room bathroom needed work done also shower /pipe kept making noises during night even not in use

The location was excellent with a steady stream of buses that get you to the .city centre in 10-15 minutes. The bed was comfortable

The tiny shower in the small bathroom was poor, the shower head wouldn't stay in one position on the riser, ,the doors kept opening at the bottom. The cold tap on the basin would only give a trickle of water. The bedroom could do with a facelift, We were in room 5. The cooked part of the breakfast was always in 4 heated containers in the dining room.& had the same 4 options daily, mushrooms, beans, scrambled egg, & sausages. It was barely warm & the plates were cold. There were buffet style cold options though. Parking is tight with room for 6 cars (2 rows of 3). Considering we paid over £900 for the room for 3 nights it was poor value.

It was within a comfortable walking distance to the tourist attractions

Not as pictured. Barely room to move around for 2 people. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, room was dirty, sheets had stains, wifi was so poor it wouldn’t stay connected, the room smelled musty. Shower body wash and shampoo were cheap and damaged my hair. I feel I paid way too much for what I received and want a partial refund for this horrible experience.

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a bus stop opposite which made travelling into the city easy.

The hot water gets very hot quickly. It would be good to have a caution sign in the bathroom as I nearly scalded my self in the shower.
