I didn't like the service. I didn't get a response initially when I queried through the text message service (which is what we were told to make contact through). I wanted to know why I hadn't received my bond back within the 7 days as specified. No response. I then rang a phone number, where someone told me they would pass the message on and still no one got back to me. It wasn't until I threatened to contact ACCC when finally within 10 minutes I got a response. Not good enough. Service was terrible. So despite liking the actual apartment itself, I would never stay here again because of the terrible service provided.

It was dirty, the power plugs were broken in the kitchen area. I asked for someone to come and clean under the table as it had food and hair etc underneath when we arrived. They said they were sending someone back to fix the plugs and it never happened. I even followed up with another text and email And was ignored.
