The cooking utensils could have been better. I’m not a fan of cooking with plastic and also needed a better variety of items. The positioning of power points in the bedroom was frustrating. We had to pull the bed out to access the plugs. Also needed better quality pillows.

AUGreat area, close to tram lines and away from a lot of the hustle. Clean apartment with basic amenities provided. Good layout for kids. The process of picking up keys was straightforward. Parking was straightforward.
Initial contact process was extremely difficult - it took multiple messages to answer basic questions (only quick contact was when any payment was due). Asked to pay $100 for a crib for 3 nights (which is much higher than usual rate, we ended up bringing our own portacot). The beds were uncomfortable with a foam(?) overlay, and the quilts were clearly too small (see photos attached). It took multiple messages (including threat of legal action) in order for them to return the deposit. Overall, nice enough apartment but not worth the price you pay and definitely not worth the hassle of trying to communicate with the service team.
