The staff was very friendly and location was very convenient

When we arrived our reservation was canceled even after I spoke to the staff member earlier that day letting him know what time we would arrive. But the over night staff was very helpful. Around 2am we had 2 staff members try to get in our room they said they check and it was not supposed to be occupied

I enjoyed the breakfast

The room was filthy filthy filthy dirty. The floor felt as dirty f it was a restaurant kitchen floor, our feet would just slide. My grandson fell at the property twice because the floors felt like they were greasy and you could see clumpy of something smashed in the floor in the restroom. The baseboards plastic nes are coming off in the restroom the floor is leaking in the restroom there is rust all over the room on anything metal. My entire stay not once did my room get serviced I asked at the front and they said nope every three days. I walked to my room and housekeeping was across from my room I asked if he was going to do my room and he said nope and kept on walking. I had to ask for a broom and was taking the trash out daily. You have false advertising saying brand new rooms, those rooms clearly are not new. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

The smoke alarm kept going off, there were a couple roaches and mold on the wall.

Rooms smelled tv didn't work. Furniture was rusted. We left on morning came back that night to find our door wide open thank god nothing was stolen and they never cleaned our room
