"Mala experiencia"

La piscina

Nos cambiaron de habitación no funciona el Aire Acondicionado y no pudimos descansar en toda la noche, la cama de dormitorio tenía un colchón de goma espuma la estructura de la cama 160 y el corcho 130 no se paraba de mover, la experiencia fue horrible... Añadido que contraté en Las Pitas y me da una habitación en otra zona, que había que subir una rampa enorme.....

La ubicación y el solarium de relax...

El tema del uso compartido de las Piscinas con los niños menores...de hecho, por eso, me estresó el hecho de encontrarme la piscina de Adultos cerrada al comienzo de la tarde el día de mi check in (hacia calor) y no me advirtieron en Recepción, mientras hacía el Check in...y encima, el recepcionista Fernando, empezó a poner objeciones cuando le pedí la hoja de reclamaciones....y eso me terminó de complicar la estancia, generándome más estrés y ni siquiera tuvieron un detalle con mi mujer y yo. Al final ella también se estresó y adelantó el check out, perdiendo la mañana del día siguiente...en fin

Hubo un día de una actividad una chica que aún no había recogido le dijo a mi hija que no podía hacerla , mi hija se quedó mal si aún no había recogido no entiendo por qué no la dejó
