"Acogedor el lugar, solo reemplazar la climatización"

El servicio de buffet muy bueno y con variedad, el personal muy agradable. Muy buena la ubicación.

La climatización en 2 de los 3 apartamentos que renté no era la mejor, pues los equipos estaban ya muy viejos y el frío no llegaba al dormitorio . Es recomendable que los reemplacen por equipos nuevos. Por lo demás todo bien, muy buena limpieza y con todo lo demás que necesitábamos.

"BUFET RICO, CAMA FATAL"

bufet amplio variado y de calidad, la comida muy buena

toda la animación era en ingles, no decían nada en español, habían bastantes huéspedes españoles como para adaptarlo también a nosotros. la cama fatal, de muelles y te hundías en ella, te levantas peor que lo que te acuestas

La piscina y las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas

El apartamento muy lejos de la piscina las camas nesecitan cambiarlas llegue al apartamento y me encontré un pañal en el baño cagado la tarjeta no me funcionaba para entrar al apartamento.llamo a la chica de recepción y me dice que vaya yo a qué me la cambien y yo con todo el equipaje en la puerta del apartamento tuve que ir a recepción a cogerla y dejar el equipaje allí ya que fue fallo de ellos

"Bien el único inconveniente fue la entrada"

Es grande y genial para pasar unos días en el sur de la isla, está en zona bonita y tranquila hay supermercados cerca restaurantes hotel tiene mucha animación.

Que cuando llegamos la tarjeta no estaba activa nos hicieron esperar un buen rato para la entrada el personal de recepción en ese momento no lo gestionó muy bien y los chicos de mantenimiento muy amables ya que no era responsabilidad d ellos lo que había pasado.
