Truc Loc Villa

La chica que nos recibió fue sumamente amable. Nos indicó no solo el funcionamiento del lugar sino también el funcionamiento de la ciudad y también nos estregó recomendaciones de restaurantes, cafés y actividades a realizar que nos podrían interesar a partir también de nuestras espectativas como turistas en esa zona. Lo recomiendo mucho. Fue un lugar bastante tranquilo y cercano al movimiento turistico y al comercio. Los alrededores al atardecer se ven mágicos al igual que la noche. Si vuelvo alguna vez de seguro me quedo nuevamente en este lugar.

The staff was very informative and knowledgeable about Hoi An. Also, they upgraded our room to a beautiful view from the balcony. Nana was very supportive and even provided a printed copy of nearby locations. They also have a great cafe downstairs serving delicious coffee.

Great location being close to the old town, but over the other side of the river so away from all the noise. Nana was so friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again!

Nice location, simple property but great value and had a lovely room looking over the river. 5 minutes walk to the bridge at the edge of old town.

Nothing really, bathroom ceiling was a bit low but that was just that room I think, bed could have been comfier maybe. But at the price, welll worth it.

The young, and pleasant host, stayed up for us due to our late arrival, and was happy to explain the area, recommendations, provide mosquito spray (there was a lot, you'll need to coat yourself if you want to leave without bites) and she even kindly provided some oils. The room was very clean. Bathroom was spotless - the cleaners do a good job here. The location is good.

Need to deal with the mosquitos better, while some are expected, I've stayed in plenty of accommodation with a near zero rate of them. My phone fell into the river on the Coconut tour and I arrived a little late, as a result, I checked out a tad later than expected, however, it was before new guests arrived (before 2pm), but the other host (or receptionist?) billed me a couple of hundred thousand dong, heftily, and was pretty demanding for a host. Not very understanding but nevertheless travellers should be aware extra fees will be fast and active here.
