No need to charge 6rmb for a glass of water which was broken by mistake. They did charge me 6rmb bcoz there was a crack on glass. And also when u can to know that the glass is broken, you must replace it by new one. So atleast client can use it. Broken glass can harm the client. SO BE AWARE NEXT TIME. NOT ALL THE CLIENTES YOU RECIEVE ARE THIEVES, TRUST IS IMPORTANT. ALL THOUGH VERY GOOD HOTEL, EVERY TIME I VISIT CHINA, I STAY AT THIS HOTEL. STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL.
