"Looks like a great deal but ISNT!!"

The kitchenette

Back elevator didn't work, had to carry all our luggage to the 3rd floor and then go down 3 different hallways all the way to the end to find our room. Pool and hot tub didn't work. Got to our room, there was no light in the livingroom area and the lamp was broken. It was also 83°F in our room. Air conditioner was looked at by employee and didn't work. There was no extra rooms available to move to had so had to cancel hotel stay after extending it an extra day. Still haven't received refund for second day. Also had a weird smell through the whole hotel and building looks really beat up on the inside.

"One week stay"

Proximity to airport, malls and food venues. The size of the room. Free parking.

The room needs to be updated. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. The water temps are reversed. The water pressure in the shower is not good, and I had to get my key fixed 3 times throughout my stay. The pool wasn't open but there was nothing on the website that stated it was closed.
