Hideaway Santa Barbara, A Kirkwood Collection Property

Thanks this amazing place and caring team for a lovely stay. Brand new, nicely designed rooms, breakfast (included) cooked specially for you. Ideal location - 5 min walk to the beach or to the downtown. Close to 101. Looking forward for next occasion to explore Santa Barbara from Headaway.

Bed in room was dirty… dirty tissue still in drawer from previous person in room and broken glass in driveway where you park car.

William welcomed us warmly to this sweet property with a glass of local wine and fresh baked cookies. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The lobby is a great place to meet up with the other people in our party. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow!

It was a decent place, but in a terrible location, and not worth $700+ a night. They basically took a beater property and covered it in a bunch of expensive looking stuff. You still get garbage towels and a dirty bathroom with very low water pressure. We had a wonderful view of the dilapidated homes in the very unsafe and gross neighborhood, and the peace and quiet that only comes with listening to all the cars race up and down the very busy street all night. They have no problem charging you $50 to bring a pet, but there is nowhere to walk them without leaving the property and going into the sketchy neighborhood. The breakfast was ok, but pretty basic and more common of a 2 star place. The pictures are doctored to show way more light than there is. Great marketing, but overall a ripoff. There's better places to stay in SB...

Property was not as nice as advertised.

Absolutely beautiful and charming property! The staff was so great with amazing restaurant suggestions and beautiful breakfast options in the morning. Everything from the cute rooms to the avocado tree outside - this is an easy decision. Would love to come back. Thank you for a great stay!

Good location B&B with great service and friendly face. The room and overall price were out of sync but overall easy and quiet stay.

The property was freshly decorated and updated. However the room is small, bathroom has almost no counter space. Bring your own shower cap all other amenities you expect from high end hotels. Bot we were mostly disappointed with their breakfast. Not anything close to scrumptious. Expect small , sad looking veggie omelet. Maybe they used 1 or 2 small eggs. Will not stay here again.

The decor was very nice and the colors were beautiful. The parking was a bit difficult. The breakfast was pretty basic, not inspired.
