Le calme

Efficient reception staff. Comfortable bed, and good shower. Room was cleaned daily. Good secure underground car park.

Room was very dark, with very low lighting. Could not open one of the two exterior gauze type blinds. No coffee machine in the room, which we have had in other Mercure hotels, just a kettle. Coffee was not replenished after the first day of a four night stay.

we had specifically booked an adjoing suite as we had our children however the interconnecting door was broken and couldn't be opened or fixed. There were apparently no other interconnecting rooms available.

Le parking avec pas mal de place disponibles et de dimensions raisonnables. Présence de recharge éléctrique. L'emplacement par rapport au centre ville, joignable à pieds ou un bus ou en tram. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié et de bonne qualité. Le personnel à l'accueil très aimable et disponible. Le silence. Très bien les équipements dans la chambre privilège. La présence d'un bar et d'un restaurant dans l'hotel. Cusine restaurant de bonne qualité.

Poste de travail dans la chambre privilège assez réduit. Serveurs au restaurant peu disponibles et temps d'attente trop long.

L’emplacement et l’espace extérieure, la chambre est spacieuse. Le personnel à l’accueil professionnel

Évier salle de bain bouché, service restauration et chambre pas au niveau. Bruyant.

Good location, close to the city center but outside the main noisy area. Staff is nice.

Hotel is a bit dated and lighting in the room is very dim.
