El personal fue muy atento

Aire acondicionado no funcionaba cuando la temperatura era de más de 30 grados. Nos cambiaron de habitación pero el problema aunque mejoró no se solucionó satisfactoriamente.

"Left early super disappointed"

The first room we were assigned the shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom the second room the shower leaked from then bottom, the room wasn’t cleaned an there was mold, and the ac wasn’t working during a heat wave

"Prima hotel om Bordeaux te bezoeken, leuke wandeling naar ‘t centrum"

Prima ruime rustig gelegen kamer, perfect bed. Ontbijt met ruime keuze, buffet.

Douchezeep was leeg, gevraagd om aan te vullen, nooit gebeurt. Cappuccino is deels chocomelk (gewone koffie is prima)

Na 3 noce dostaliśmy najgłośniejszy pokój nad wejściem. Nie było to przyjemne. Trudno się wyspać. Wanna w łazience hotelowej to okropny pomysł, korzystanie z prysznica jest niewygodne, woda się rozlewa, bywa niskie ciśnienie wody.
