Mercure Bordeaux Chateau Chartrons

Confortable, agréable, parking un peu cher…

De nada. Cheguei em Bordeaux com reserva feita e paga. Tive uma péssima impressão da sujeira na fachada e recepção logo ao entrar. Pedi para ver o quarto.

Fiz o check in registrei meu cartão e fui ver o quarto. Tudo horrível! Corredores sujos. Aparência de abandono. Desci. Entreguei a chave e fui procurar outro hotel. NÃO VÁ DE JEITO NENHUM! NUNCA VI NADA TÃO DEPRIMENTE!

עשירה ומגוונת: הרבה סוגי לחם, ירקות, משקאות חמים, משקאות קרים, ועוד ועוד. החדר מרווח, מיזוג האוויר תקין, מכלול השירותים נוח למדי.

התאורה בחדר מאד חלשה. מתלה הבגדים מותקן ב-90 מעלות למצב הנכון שלו, ולכן הוא פחות נוח.

Situación y limpieza

No tenia minibar en la habitación. El WC en un lugar cerrado y pequeño fuera del baño.

The hotel is located outside the historic center of the town but close to tram/bus lines, amenities and historical attractions. It is about 40 minutes/2.7km walk to St. Andrew cathedral but it is a very pleasant walk either along the Garonne river or through the Public Gardens and the old city streets. The hotel looks well maintained with an ample restaurant, bar, breakfast room and garden. The welcome drink was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. The spacious room and bathroom with separate toilet were clean throughout, the bed was very comfortable. The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived and kept our luggage secured in storage when we left.

Globalement, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Personnelle extrêmement compétent. Peux-tu déjeuner et dîner parfait. Merci au personnel qui ont accompli leur travail avec le sourire.

L'eau chaude un peu long à venir

Lage, Bett, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit sehr gut, Parking ebenso. Ginge auch länger als eine Nacht, da Schränke da sind.
