Everything was great, lovely warm welcome all instructions clearly marked, we enjoyed the easy atmosphere, the food, the room was spacious & spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable, just a nice walk into town or the sea, restaurants easily available. no complaints

I had no criticisms at all, just look forward to our next visit

Great location. 15 mins walk into Seahouses. Good communication on how to access the property. My room was very spacious and warm with a well-stocked tea tray and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Lots of choice for breakfast all made with quality ingredients. You won’t go hungry. The owners have great local knowledge and are happy to help with walks and places to go, etc.
