Very friendly host and an excellent breakfast! Good location which was a 5-10 minute level stroll into town. Would highly recommend.

Was a very good breakfast excellent service comfortable bed

The room was a bit on the small side and the bathroom was even smaller The plumbing leave a bit to be desired. The TV could do with replacing for a smart TV. There was about an inch of dust on top of the wardrobe.

Within walking distance of the harbour. Nice clean room. Breakfast good.

Only saw the host at breakfast and on checking out. Did try to ring indoor bell for some milk to make a drink no reply. Cockerel in local vicinity gave us morning call at around 4.30am and 5.30am on our first morning. No shared communal facility to sit , weather turned sat in bedroom.

Breakfast choice was good and prompt - really nice way to start the day. The place was a bit further away from the marina than we were expecting, but we ended up enjoying the short walk.

The family room faces the road and was a bit noisy with the windows open, but nothing too terrible.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds & great breakfasts.

The staff weren’t as friendly as most we’ve come across. The biscuits weren’t replenished each day, which we’d expect as we paid quite a bit and the rate was the same per night.
