USThe man at the front desk that was there all 3 days of my stay was genuinely caring and friendly. He was very accommodating with my small dog, as well. My kids had a wonderful time in the pool. Lovely lush green lawn in the front and we loved the blue lighting at night. Breakfast in this Alliance hotel was far better than at the Wyndham in Casper, Wyoming.
On our room door there are 4 teeth in the locking mechanism. The bottom "tooth" may need some lubricant as it was sticking a lot, to one point where we thought we were locked in our room. Also, the outer door to the parking lot nearest the pool was never locked, but that could be just company policy. I just assumed it would have been locked.
