Breakfast food and coffee was not replenished
FIRST time in my 40 years of traveling that I would give a 5 star rating for a hotel. The customer service was OUTSTANDING. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. We even had a couch in our room. Would stay there again if ever needed a room in Alliance. NE.
This place has it all. The staff is wonderful and caring. The location is perfect, with nearby restaurants, bars, stores, within walking distance. The hotel is clean and updated, and loaded with amenities. The price was excellent as well.
USAlways very clean, beds are comfy, and breakfast is good with a nice variety. Staff is excellent. Wouldn't stay anyplace else. Pool is newly remodeled. I stay at this hotel every weekend and never disappointed.
Jay was awesome!! Room 134 is an awesome Jetted tub room! Very clean! Quiet nights rest on an awesome bed with great bedding linens, mattress, and pillows!! Great clean towels too!! I have already stayed there twice and have another reservation already. We are in the middle of a move and love the comforts of home!!
