The views, the space was great and everything was clean and maintained very well.

Everything was great. Perhaps include standing fans in all rooms as it got pretty hot on a few days when the sun was out.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible house in Queenstown for a week with my son, Stephen, and it was truly unforgettable. The view, location, facilities, kitchen, excellent utensils & over all comfort. Heating & insulation of the property are excellent Excellent couch, bed & mattress. Reading room with lot of books & view

Steps, the lift is only for the luggages. The driveway is steep & slippery. Do not try to walk when it's icy

Truly a beautiful home which was warm and comfortable. The views over the lake and surrounding mountains was spectacular. We could've stayed indoors all day to admire the view, but there was too much to explore around Queenstown.

We liked everything! Though a small suggestion - could add some details around what switches to use for the floor heating, as we came from a state in Australia which is warm and doesn't need floor heating.

"We had a lovely stay the view was fantastic but very expensive."

The view was amazing and such a lovely area to spread out in.

We felt when paying this much some decent soft large towels should have been provided. We all felt a late check out at 11am should be included.
