Please note that a mini housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 8 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. The property manager will reconfirm all aspects of your booking including payment terms, cancelation policy and bond requirements immediately upon receipt of your online booking. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Payment before arrival via Payment Express is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructionsThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
