Location is awesome we have stayed here before because of the beautiful location and the cleanliness

The beds are not comfortable at all , we dont expect top of the line mattresses but even the marriot has more comfortable beds honestly. I had requested if anything could be done to make them more comfortable an basically the attendant said there was nothing wrong with them. We're not elderly lol an again ive stayed in the Marriot & their beds are MUCH BETTER. Again stayed here many times before an we requested early check in - when we arrived the attendant had no information to this request an didn't even know which room we would have an even the Hilton app told me what room we would have; she took my number to call me when we could get into our room early an honestly was not friendly at all she actually seemed annoyed!! We booked so we had closer access to Boardwalk Rock as we had Vip tickets. I never recieved a phone call so we did not receive early check in!!! We then weren't able to check in until after our concert after 11pm an upon checking in were then informed it was $10.00 😅 a night extra for parking LOL I have Hilton honors an to date they've not even added my nights stay to my account! Nothing was done to make the beds more comfortable an I figured that nothing would be done so I bought travel mattresses to top my & my husband's bed. Our room was not checked nor straightened ect over our stay but it was clean upon arrival an well stocked ....towels were neatly folded an bathroom very clean 👍the kitchen area is always a bonus because we love to cook a little something an eat on the balcony area! We love the location and will return however in the summer months we've easily pd 700.00 plus per night an im ok with that if the beds were the slightest bit more comfortable so our next stay may be further up at a marriot !! Also we missed the HILTON SIGNATURE SCENT as you arrive!!! - its normally evident soon as you arrive an especially around the check in desk!! It was not the same ? Pool life guard was Super Nice !

Absolutely beautiful place. Very clean and staff was wonderful

This is such a fun hotel for a winter getaway with the family. We went for the weekend for an early birthday celebration for our grandson who just wanted to go swimming. The indoor pool was fabulous and the kids had a wonderful time swimming all weekend. You can get food right by the pool and the arcade was an added bonus. Check in could have been a more friendly experience but we didn’t allow that to stop our fun. All in all it’s a great hotel with the majority of the staff friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. We will definitely go back!
