"Great weekend getaway!"

This is such a fun hotel for a winter getaway with the family. We went for the weekend for an early birthday celebration for our grandson who just wanted to go swimming. The indoor pool was fabulous and the kids had a wonderful time swimming all weekend. You can get food right by the pool and the arcade was an added bonus. Check in could have been a more friendly experience but we didn’t allow that to stop our fun. All in all it’s a great hotel with the majority of the staff friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. We will definitely go back!

"Disappointing that the staff could not change our rooms when requested since we did not need handica"

Room was clean, pool, fitness room all good.

It may have been my fault, but somehow we got two handicap accessible rooms, which I did not think I requested. I so enjoy the overhead shower, whirlpool tub which was not the same. Also, the beds were not as comfortable as I have experienced when staying at this location.

The property was clean and to satisfaction.

I’m only giving a 5 out of 10 because the visit had to be cut short by a family emergency. I was told by staff to get a refund for one nights stay from booking since I booked thru them. I have reached out to booking who has reached out to management several times with no response. It’s a month later and I’m still waiting on my refund!
